Outcome
We were engaged by Lendlease Construction to undertake site contamination investigations across Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Richmond, where infrastructure and facilities required expansion or modification to support an expanded fleet of medium air mobility aircraft. Our works included the completion of various intrusive investigations to inform the 30% Concept Design Report phase and subsequent 50% Schematic Design Report phase. Our investigations identified a potential vapour intrusion risk, which was managed through specific design considerations and associated risk assessment.
