JBS&G, a Geosyntec Company, provides a range of site investigation, remediation, approvals, and validation services across a national portfolio of hundreds of BP sites, including service stations, depots, and terminals. The works are undertaken in accordance with some of the most stringent global safety and quality requirements and involve large amounts of data collection, management, interpretation, and reporting. Many of these projects are overseen by independent site auditors and often involve managing a range of external stakeholders to complete the scope of work. Due to the nature of petroleum-impacted sites, detailed site characterisation is often required, involving soil vapour assessments and detailed quantification of human health risks. Such long-term validation work often requires a considered analysis of monitored natural attenuation parameters to achieve regulatory sign-off.
